

Protection for children and women affected by the conflict in Sudan
Overview
Humanitarian aid; with the local partner Caritas Juba, the project will focus on child protection, services for women and girls who have experienced gender-based violence, the support of child-friendly spaces and women/girl-friendly spaces where girls and women can get counselling and support, as well as community awareness on child protection and gender-based violence.

The project aims to provide services to around 600 children and around 1’000 women and adolescent girls living in Gorom Refugee Camp or outside the camp. Further, around 5’000 adults in Gorom camp and in urban Juba will be reached through awareness sessions.
